Tracy Henderson

Tracy Henderson, CPRM, CIC, CISR, currently serves as the Director of Customer Success at Insurity, where responsibilities include leading customer success initiatives and managing client relationships. Previously, Tracy held positions such as Senior Account Manager at Virtual MGA and Director of Academic and Media Development at The National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research, where Tracy created new media divisions and developed educational curricula for insurance designations. Earlier career experiences include serving as a Personal Lines Account Manager at Wortham Insurance & Risk Management, providing risk management assessments and mentorship. Educational accomplishments include obtaining designations in insurance and risk management from The National Alliance, including CIC, CPRM, and CISR.
