Labros Digonis is the CEO of InSyBio, a personalized B2C health and life-coaching service for specific niche markets. Labros is also the co-founder of EF Concepts Ltd, where they served as the company's January 2012 to August 2022.

At InSyBio, Labros is focused on developing services that help women to improve their lifestyles and age gracefully. Labros believes that 8 out of 10 deaths and serious diseases are lifestyle-related, and thus preventable and reversible with the right changes. Labros's main product, Wf100 (WellnessFactor100), is designed specifically for women to help them quit smoking, drinking excessively, leading sedentary lifestyles, and eating unhealthy diets.

Wf100 is the world's only effective personal regimen for women to tackle their unhealthy lifestyle habits. It has been successful in helping women get to a physical, mental, and emotional place where quitting comes naturally. Labros Digonis has an AMP from INSEAD, an MBA in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School, and an MEng in Naval Architecture & Marine Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens. Labros also has certification from TUV Austria BIC in ISO 9001 Auditor.
