Aidan Hamill

Aidan Hamill has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Aidan began their career at CPL Managed Services in 2007, starting as a First Level Support Technician and later transitioning to the role of Second Level Coach. In this position, Aidan provided ongoing support to first level agents and was responsible for creating training documentation and reports on SLAs.
