Jesse McCracken

Jesse McCracken is an experienced Application Consultant currently employed at Intact since April 2022. Previous roles include HCM Consultant at Advanced from October 2021 to April 2022 and Application Support Engineer at The Access Group from November 2018 to October 2021, where responsibilities included managing application queries, providing remote support for clients using CoreHR software, and troubleshooting critical business issues. Prior to that, Jesse worked as a Technical Support Analyst at Voxpro from November 2016 to November 2018, handling GSuite email issues, and briefly served as a Technical Support Specialist at Google in early 2018 on an AI and Machine learning project aimed at enhancing GSuite's Chat product.
