Site Reliability Engineer at Intact

Kemo M. has a diverse range of work experience in the field of IT. Kemo began their career in 2014 as an IT Field Engineer at Ricoh UK, where they installed various equipment in Carphone Warehouse stores. In 2014, they also worked as part of the deployment team at BT, assisting with the migration of Westminster Council's operating system from Windows 7 to Windows 10.

In 2015, Kemo joined Fujitsu Global as a Field Services Engineer, working on projects such as the refurbishments and IT installations in EE and H&M stores in London. Kemo also worked at Vista Retail Support as a Team Leader - Field Project IT Engineer, managing and supervising a team for the upgrade of servers, EPOS systems, and IT infrastructure in NEXT stores.

Kemo continued to gain experience in project engineering roles, working as an IT Project Engineer at AzteQ Group and managing upgrade/installation projects for High Town Housing Association. Kemo then worked at Scientific Games as a Service Engineer, where they were responsible for preventative maintenance, fault finding, and refurbishing gaming terminals.

In 2017, Kemo joined CC Engineering Ltd as a Technical Service Engineer, providing support, deployment, and project installations for customers from various industries. Kemo then moved to Storm Technologies as a Configuration Centre Engineer, using various deployment tools to configure devices.

Most recently, Kemo has been working at Intact as a Systems & Networking Engineer, offering managed service solutions to customers and providing infrastructure support, monitoring, and deployment. Kemo also currently holds the role of Site Reliability Engineer at the same company.

Throughout their work experience, Kemo has demonstrated proficiency in a wide range of technologies and responsibilities, including server configuration, hardware installation, software deployment, IT support, and project management.

Kemo M. pursued a BSc (Honours) degree in Business Information Systems from London South Bank University from 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2011, Kemo M. completed a BTEC National Diploma in Business & Information Technology at Ealing, Hammersmith & West London College.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Kemo M. has obtained multiple certifications. They received the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft in July 2021 and the Learning Cloud Computing: Cloud Security certification from LinkedIn in June 2021. Furthermore, Kemo M. achieved the Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate certification twice in October 2021, also from Microsoft.
