Project Management and Coordination

The Project Management and Coordination team at Intact oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of projects to ensure they align with the company's strategic goals. Led by the Head of PMO, the team includes a Scrum Master to facilitate agile methodologies, an Ecommerce Project Co-ordinator to manage online project initiatives, and Project Managers to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. They work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project development and implementation.
