Jonathan Taylor

Jonathan Taylor is a Scrum Master currently employed at Intact Technology since May 2023. Previously, Jonathan held the position of Senior Consultant - Scrum Master at CGI from January 2018 to May 2023, where responsibilities included aiding Scrum teams by removing impediments and facilitating Agile ceremonies. Jonathan also coached a preexisting team through Agile transformation. In an earlier role as Consultant - Business Analyst - Scrum Master at CGI, Jonathan was involved in functional testing and documentation for software development. Prior to CGI, Jonathan worked as an Operations Analyst at Boon-Chapman, successfully managing a software transition project that improved billing accuracy. Jonathan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor, earned in 2016.
