Richard Webner is a seasoned professional in IT Service Management (ITSM) with extensive experience since 2000. Currently serving as Senior Director for ITSM at Intact Technologies since September 2005, Richard specializes in process solutioning, software architecture, and ITIL best practices, assisting federal and commercial clients in developing ITIL maturity roadmaps, recognizing project risks, and implementing critical process and cultural changes.
