Alex Nicora has extensive experience in process automation and digital solutions, beginning with a foundational role as Senior Manager of Business Innovation & Insights at The CUMIS Group from 2004 to 2011. Following this, Alex served as Senior Manager of Process Automation & Efficiency at RBC Investor & Treasury Services between 2011 and 2015. Alex transitioned to RSA Canada as Manager of RPA and Digital Solutions from October 2015 to June 2021, and currently holds the position of Practice Lead for RPA and Software Engineering at Intact since June 2021. Academically, Alex holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Dalhousie University and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from UADE Business School.
