Andy Flower

Andy Flower serves as the Director of Claims Analytics at Intact since January 2020, overseeing a team of 45 in the transformation of claims data and analytics. Prior to this role, Andy spent nearly 14 years at RSA, culminating as Head of Claims Analytics, where responsibilities included analyzing claims financial performance, operational performance, and developing claims data strategies. Andy also held positions at RSA such as Indemnity Performance Consultant and Technical Consultant, focusing on control of indemnity costs and stakeholder management. Earlier career experience includes a role as a Rating Analyst at Aviva plc. Andy holds an MA in Mathematics from the University of Cambridge, along with other degrees in Computing and History, and is a Chartered Insurer through the Chartered Insurance Institute.
