Barry McCarthy

Barry McCarthy is a seasoned training consultant and claims adjuster with extensive experience in the insurance industry. Barry previously worked at Intact as a Senior Training Consultant, where they developed and delivered training materials for new hires across Western Canada, focusing on industry-standard systems and various insurance topics. They also held positions as an Auto Claims Adjuster Level II and a Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster. Earlier in their career, Barry was a Picture Researcher at The Ronald Grant Archive, collaborating with authors and publications to provide historical images. Barry has enhanced their expertise through courses at Mount Royal University and is a member of the Canadian Society for Training & Development (CSTD).
