Cassandra has held various leadership roles at Intact, including Director of Property Claims and Director of Automotive Service Center, where they managed teams of claims experts. Earlier in their career, Cassandra served as the Director of Customer Service for claims, overseeing teams at Intact's Anjou and downtown offices. Cassandra earned a degree in Insurance and Financial Services from Cégep de Sainte-Foy and a Certificate in Business Administration from Université Laval.
