Catherine Perrow is an experienced Learning and Development Leader with a career spanning over three decades, currently serving at Intact since January 2010 in various roles including Learning Experience Designer and Manager of Instructional Design and eLearning Development. Prior experience includes a tenure at TD Insurance from September 1993 to January 2010 as a facilitator in Learning and Development. Catherine holds a Bachelor of Education in Adult Education from Brock University, a High Honours Adult Education Certificate from Sheridan College, a Training and Development Certificate with Honours from Humber College, a Masters Certificate in Adult Training and Development from the Schulich School of Business at York University, and a Human Resource Management degree from Sheridan College.
