Cedric Parenteau

Cedric Parenteau is an experienced cyber security professional with a strong background in threat detection and IT support. Currently serving as a Cyber Threat Hunter at Intact since December 2020, Cedric is responsible for proactively identifying cyber threats within the network and conducting deep investigations to uncover malicious actors. Prior experience includes roles as a Cyber Security Senior Analyst, Cyber Security Analyst, and Information Technology Project Analyst at the National Bank of Canada from March 2014 to September 2020, where responsibilities involved supporting VMware ESXi and Citrix, coordinating IT projects, and migrating systems to Windows 8.1/10. Additionally, Cedric has a foundation in IT support as an Information Technology Support Technician. Educational qualifications include a degree in Computer Support from Herzing College and training in new technologies from the Centre de formation des nouvelles technologies.
