Chantal Dezainde, M.sc., CRHA, is a human resources professional specializing in disability management, total compensation, benefits, and pension plans. Currently serving as a Principal Advisor in Human Resources for Disability and Absences at Intact, Chantal previously held significant roles at belairdirect, Croix Bleue du Québec, and Banque Laurentienne, where they demonstrated leadership in managing disability cases and optimizing HR processes.
