Craig Williams

Craig Williams is an accomplished IT professional with significant experience in compliance and risk management. Currently serving as the Head of IT General Computer Controls Compliance Programme at Intact since February 2022, Craig leads the organization's first in-house compliance testing programme, ensuring regulatory obligations are met across the UK, Ireland, Europe, and the Middle East. In addition, Craig holds the position of President at the Sports Skills for Life Skills Alumni Network, focusing on improving lives through a not-for-profit initiative. Previously, as Technology Senior Risk Leader at RSA, Craig monitored and validated IT compliance and partnered with various teams for risk consultation. Craig's earlier experience at Deloitte UK encompassed roles as IT Audit and Technology Risk Senior Manager and Senior Consultant, where responsibilities included managing client portfolios and conducting IT controls assessments. Craig holds a BComm (Honours) in Information Systems from the University of the Western Cape.
