David Pham Ngoc

David Pham Ngoc, CPA, currently serves as the Manager of Finance Systems & Transformation at Intact, where responsibilities include acting as a liaison between corporate teams and IT, translating business requirements into functional and technical system designs, and managing a senior cross-functional team to deliver over 100 enhancements and defect fixes. Prior to this role, David held various positions at Bell, including Senior Manager of Finance Transformation & Analytics, where consultations on financial processes and the development of process automations were key duties. As Finance Manager for both IT & Network Capital Finance and GLP, significant achievements included creating a self-serve classification process that improved utility rates and training over 200 project managers, as well as developing automated reporting processes that halved reporting times. David holds a Graduate Diploma in Professional Accounting from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management and a Bachelor of Commerce with distinction in Accounting from the University of Toronto.
