Eduard Olteanu

Eduard Olteanu, CRISC, is a data enthusiast currently serving as the Manager of Data Governance at Intact since 2025. Previously, Eduard held several roles at Desjardins, including Senior Advisor in Data Governance and Data Quality Expert, where they focused on improving data flows and managing data quality initiatives. With experience at organizations like iA Financial Group and Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation, Eduard has developed a strong foundation in data governance, architecture, and analytics. Eduard earned a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Université de Montréal and is pursuing a Certificate in Business Analytics from HEC Montréal.
