Heidi Tremblay, CRHA, currently serves as Conseillère principale SGRH at Intact since May 2022. Prior to this role, Heidi held the position of Conseillère ressources humaines at belairdirect from March 2008 to May 2022 and worked as an Agente d'assurance at belairdirect / ING Canada from May 2003 to March 2008. Heidi holds a Maîtrise in Relations Industrielles and a Baccalauréat in Psychologie, both from Université de Montréal.
