Herbert Flournoy

Herbert Flournoy is currently the Vice President of Intact Specialty-Technology, where they are responsible for growing and maintaining a book of Technology Business across the San Francisco, Portland, and Seattle regions. Previously, they held various underwriting and managerial positions at companies including OneBeacon, Chubb, Berkley Technology Underwriters, and The Hanover Insurance Group from 2004 to 2023. Herbert earned a BS in International Relations and Business from the University of California, Berkeley, graduating in 2004.
