Isabelle Lespérance

Isabelle Lespérance, eng., MBA, PMP, is a seasoned professional in project and portfolio management with extensive experience in IT security and engineering. Currently serving as the Director of IT Security Portfolio Management at Intact since May 2022, Isabelle previously held several key roles at Videotron from 2010 to September 2021, including Director of IT Project Portfolio Management and Supervisor of Technology Development Project Management. At Videotron, responsibilities included governance and delivery of the IT project portfolio and leading project management teams. Earlier in career, Isabelle worked at Nortel Networks from 2001 to 2009, where roles encompassed Director of Global Business Programs and Senior Project Manager in Supply Chain, focusing on business process transformation and global team leadership. Isabelle holds an MBA from HEC Montréal and a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal.
