Isabelle Schilling, ACA, NCSS, has a comprehensive background in IT and telecommunications, currently serving as an IT Technical Advisor Specialist at Intact since April 2016. Prior experience includes roles as a Technology Consultant and Applications Support Analyst at TELUS, and System Designer at Cygnal Technologies, specializing in the design, programming, and support of Contact Center Applications, as well as overseeing the implementation of telephone systems and call centers. Isabelle began her career as an Adjointe à la Direction at Transport Papineau. Education includes advanced training in Cisco UCCX, as well as qualifications from Avaya and Nortel, alongside degrees in French instruction and modern languages from UQAM and Cégep de St-Jérôme.
