Ivan Rados currently serves as a Portfolio Manager for IT Projects and Program Manager at Intact since June 2021. Additionally, Ivan is a part-time professor at Humber College, teaching Project Management for Insurance Professionals within the Insurance Management Program since January 2022. Previously, Ivan held various roles at RSA Canada from 2008 to 2021, culminating in the position of Project Portfolio Director. Prior experience includes leadership roles at the Hospitals of Ontario Pension Plan and the Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan, where Ivan progressed from Analyst to Team Leader. Ivan Rados holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Economics (major), Geography, Business, Social Sciences, and Statistics from McMaster University, earned between 1996 and 2000.
