Jacob Hanscomb has over a decade of experience in the insurance and telecommunications industries. At Intact since September 2016, Jacob has held multiple roles, progressing from Claims Adjuster to Unit Manager in Quality Assurance, focusing on strategy and transformation. Prior to Intact, Jacob worked at Shaw Communications from 2013 to 2016, where responsibilities included supervising a Technical Service team and leading efforts to foster a culture of empowerment among customer service agents. Jacob's early experience in customer retentions at Shaw showcased a strong ability to negotiate and maintain high customer satisfaction. Educational qualifications include a CIP designation from the Insurance Institute of Canada and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from The University of Lethbridge.
