Jeff Morrison

Jeff Morrison, CTDP, CMP, currently serves as the Director of Learning & Development at Intact and engages in Client Relations at Alexsei. As a co-founder of CheckScam Anti-Scam Training, Jeff focuses on empowering vulnerable populations to prevent scams. Previous experience includes a directorial role at Hootsuite, where responsibility encompassed global training functions, and at LexisNexis Canada Inc., where Jeff led initiatives in academic strategy and customer training across multiple phases of the organization. Jeff's extensive background in training, customer service, and educational program development is supported by educational qualifications in linguistics and teaching adults.
