Jo-Anne Thayer

Jo-Anne Thayer is a retired Senior Personal Lines Underwriter who dedicated their career to the insurance industry, notably serving at Intact and Federation Insurance. They have held the title of Senior Underwriter at Intact since 2002, following years of experience as a senior personal lines underwriter at Federation Insurance from 1986 to 2002. Jo-Anne is currently pursuing a CIP degree from the Insurance Institute of Canada and studying Psychology at the University of Ottawa.
