Johanne Collin

Johanne Collin has extensive experience in technology and operations, accumulating over two decades at Intact since May 2000, where roles have included Directrice Technologie - Opérations et Intégrations, Scrum Master, Conseiller principal Sécurité, Directrice IT, and Coordinator, overseeing service delivery and UNIX activities, as well as providing technical support to employees and insurance brokers. Prior to Intact, Johanne served as an Agent de bureau Palais de Justice with the Gouvernement du Québec from August 1990 to April 2000, managing administrative tasks within various sectors including criminal records and financial services. Additionally, an initial role as an Agent correctionnel was held at the Ministère de la sécurité publique from September 1987 to July 1990. Johanne holds a Certificat 1er cycle in Gestion des ressources humaines from Teluq-UQAM (2009-2013) and a DEC in Techniques policières from Cegep Trois-Rivières (1983-1986).
