John Bastoros

John Bastoros has extensive experience in operations and quality assurance, currently serving as Operations & Planning Manager for QA & Automation at Intact since January 2018. Previously, John held various positions at Acquisio, including Operations & Planning Unit Manager and Software Engineer - Test Automation Lead, as well as multiple roles at Videotron, where the focus was on technical support and QA. Early career experiences include software implementation testing at Netcracker Technology, technical support mentorship at Xceed, and tour leadership at TUI France. John holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Business/Management from Concordia University and has additional certifications in Oracle and Cucumber and BDD.
