Karen Li

Karen Li is an experienced Scrum Master currently at Intact since June 2021, where responsibilities include facilitating Agile Scrum processes, ensuring team alignment towards sprint goals, and enhancing team performance through coaching and collaboration. Prior to this role, Karen served as an Operations Specialist at RSA, focusing on project coordination, budget management, and process optimization. With a background at CIBC as both a Security Consultant and Project Control Coordinator, Karen developed business processes and managed project activities. Earlier experience includes project coordination roles at the Canadian Cancer Society, where involvement spanned project initiation to implementation. Karen holds a degree from the University of Waterloo and has garnered diverse expertise across various organizations since the start of a professional journey in 1996.
