Katelynn Bates possesses extensive experience in human resources and academic relations. Katelynn began a career at the University of Lethbridge Campus Women's Centre as Co-Coordinator in 2010 and later held various roles at the University of Calgary, including Advisor positions in Academic Relations and Academic Contracts, as well as Human Resources Advisor. Katelynn also served as Partnerships Assistant at YWCA Lethbridge & District and as Opportunities Knock Program Coordinator at Manpower Alberta. Katelynn's expertise continued to grow through management roles at BrokerLink and a current position as Talent Acquisition Manager at Intact since October 2025.
