Kelly Chao

Kelly Chao currently serves as the Head of Hong Kong at Intact, a position held since February 2023. Prior to this role, Kelly was the Head of Customer Management & Analytics at Prudential Corporation Asia from September 2012 to February 2023, where initiatives focused on digital business automation and data-driven customer strategies. Earlier experience includes roles at Wells Fargo as Vice President across the Wealth, Brokerage & Retirement Division and the Consumer Credit Group, where advanced analytic capabilities were developed to drive revenue growth and marketing analytics. Kelly also held the position of Director of Analytic Consulting at FICO, delivering credit risk management solutions, and worked at First USA Bank, where various marketing and operational roles were completed. Kelly Chao holds a Master’s degree in Statistics from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
