Kelly Grieve

Kelly Grieve, FCIP, CRM, has extensive experience in claims management, currently serving as Unit Claims Manager for both Casualty and Property at Intact since April 2014. Prior to this role, Kelly was a Claims Supervisor at Crawford and Company, overseeing a team of junior to intermediate adjusters while also participating in the hiring and training processes. Earlier career experience includes serving as Operations Manager and Claims Supervisor at Wal-Mart Canada Corp, where responsibilities included customer service and supervision of the claims department. Kelly holds a degree in Insurance and Risk Management from the University of Toronto Mississauga as well as multiple credentials in insurance from the Insurance Institute of Canada and Humber College.
