Kurt Russell, CIP, is a seasoned insurance professional with significant experience in underwriting and customer service. Prior to this, Kurt worked at Schill Insurance Brokers Ltd. as an Autoplan Account Manager, contributing to a record automobile insurance retention rate through exceptional customer service and achieving perfect ICBC audit scores. Kurt's career began at belairdirect as a Sales Associate, where successful sales strategies and efficient problem-solving skills were demonstrated.
