Lua L. is an AI Engineering Leader with an MBA and extensive experience in strategy and technology, particularly in Artificial Intelligence and Cloud Platform Architecture. Currently serving as a Senior Product Owner at Intact and an Assistant Coach for the Golf Program at Special Olympics Ontario, Lua is dedicated to driving innovation and transformation in organizations through empathetic leadership and data-driven decision-making. Additionally, Lua co-chairs 100 Women Who Care Hamilton-Wentworth and is pursuing an MBA at Walden University, alongside a Master's Certificate from Schulich School of Business and a BAS from York University. They are multilingual, advocate for the Oxford comma, and enjoy singing in their car, albeit poorly.
