Mallory Maclellan

Mallory Maclellan has a diverse professional background encompassing roles in human rights law, claims management, and financial oversight. From 2012 to 2014, Mallory completed a Human Rights Law Internship at Concordia University, contributing to projects that involved transcribing testimonials related to the 2011 Egyptian revolution and interviewing Palestinian refugees. Mallory transitioned to Intact in 2015, initially as a Telephone Adjuster, where responsibilities included claims investigation and administrative processing, before advancing to the role of Unit Claims Manager, overseeing a team of 10-15 direct reports. Prior experience includes serving as a Controller at Ambienti Design from 2006 to 2014, managing all accounting functions and assisting in purchasing budgets, and as an Administrative Assistant at Alauda Construction in 2014, focusing on administrative expenses and data entry.
