Maria Lopez

Maria Lopez, PMP, has extensive experience in financial analysis, project management, and operational services within the technology sector. Currently serving as the IT Budget and Capacity Planning lead at Intact Financial Corporation since July 2021, Maria manages financial reporting for a budget of approximately $200 million. Prior to this role, Maria held various key positions at Dell EMC, including Controller for OEM Business Operations and in Budget Management and Commercial Finance, contributing to significant annual budgets exceeding $5 billion. Experience also includes project management for a technology project at David Díaz & Asociados and a financial management role at Dell for Latin America. Earlier in career, Maria led IT infrastructure services at Enel Panama across multiple countries in Latin America. Maria holds a Master’s in Business Administration with an emphasis on Information Systems from Missouri State University and a Bachelor’s in Latin America & Caribbean Studies from Florida State University, alongside a bilingual commerce degree focusing on accounting.
