Marilyn Drouin

Marilyn Drouin is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Intact since August 2014, Marilyn has held multiple managerial positions within the company, including Manager of Human Resources, Manager of Commercial Lines, Manager of Communications, and Senior Human Resources Business Partner. Prior to this tenure, Marilyn worked at The Research Institute of the McGill University Health Centre as Manager of Human Resources from March 2009 to August 2014, and held the position of Human Resources Advisor at Hôpital de réadaptation Villa Medica from 2008 to 2009. Marilyn began a career in Human Resources as a Generalist at Matrox from 2003 to 2008. Academically, Marilyn holds a Microprogramme in Droit et Travail and a Bachelor’s degree in Relations Industrielles, both from Université de Montréal.
