Marlene Jacob is currently the Director of National Claims for Casualty, Legal, and Specialty Claims at Intact Financial Corporation, a position held since 2017. They also founded Korelation in 2017. Prior to their role at Intact, Marlene served as a Manager in corporate personal lines underwriting at Belairdirect and worked as an Analyst in Investor Relations and Strategic Planning at Intact Financial Corporation from 2003 to 2007. Marlene is pursuing a doctorate in Business Administration and Management at Université de Sherbrooke and holds an MBA from Concordia University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Sciences from UQAM.
