Martin Lapointe has extensive experience in project and program management, having held various leadership roles across multiple organizations. At Kruger Inc., Martin was responsible for the project management office, implementing methodologies and tools for project and program management. Martin currently serves as Directeur portefeuille et programme ITSM at Intact since August 2021. Previously, Martin worked as Project Manager at Rio Tinto and as Global 7000/8000 IT Program Manager at Bombardier Aéronautique. Additionally, Martin managed the public safety and justice program portfolio at Ville de Montréal and held the position of Directeur de programmes - ville intelligente et numérique at Ville de Gatineau. Prior experience includes managing IT infrastructure for Alcan across Europe, Asia, and Africa. Martin holds a Master's degree in Project Management from Université du Québec à Chicoutimi and is a certified Disciplined Agilist.
