Matthew Johnson

Matthew Johnson, HBSc, CIP, currently serves as Team Leader in Customer Care and previously held positions as Senior Insurance Agent and CSH - Insurance Agent at Sonnet Insurance Company since April 2018. Prior experience includes roles as a Product Zone Specialist at Apple, where responsibilities involved educating customers and reporting on sales performance, and as a Key Holder & Specialist at Fossil Group, Inc., where leadership on the sales floor and guest interaction were key. Matthew also worked as a Senior Instructor at Headstart Hockey and as a Summer Vacation Replacement at General Motors, focusing on team communication and training. Matthew holds a Chartered Insurance Professional designation from the Insurance Institute of Canada and a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from the University of Toronto.
