Meka Odama possesses extensive experience in the field of analysis and customer relations, currently serving as a Claims Adjuster and Claims Analyst at Intact since September 2022. Prior to this role, Meka worked at the National Universities Commission (NUC) as a Data Analyst from February 2011 to April 2022, and at Guaranty Trust Bank SL Ltd as a Customer Insights Analyst from March 2009 to January 2011, where Meka effectively responded to customer inquiries and communicated through various channels. Meka holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from Heriot-Watt University, as well as a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Chemistry from the University of Abuja.
