Michelle Taylor

Michelle Taylor has extensive experience in legal and insurance roles, most recently serving as Senior Legal Counsel and Manager of Legal Claims at Intact from January 2020 to October 2021. Prior experience includes positions as an Associate at Singleton Urquhart LLP and Miller Thomson LLP, where expertise in Insurance Law and Commercial Litigation was developed. Additionally, Michelle held various roles at the Canadian Bar Association, contributing as Vice Chair to the Insurance Law Subsection, and co-chaired WICC, demonstrating leadership within the community. Early career experiences included an internship at Matson, Driscoll & Damico LLP and an Assistant role at American Home Assurance Company. Michelle holds a Juris Doctor from The University of British Columbia, a BCom in Finance, and a CRM degree in Risk Management.
