Mike Schratz

Mike Schratz is a Risk Control Specialist at Intact since July 2025, with prior experience as a Property & Casualty Risk Engineer at Chubb. Mike has a robust background in engineering and project management, having held roles such as Mechanical Designer at WSP USA and Senior Project participant at Marine Vehicle, where a team project received 2nd place in Ocean Engineering at the UNH Undergraduate Research Conference. Mike also founded PaintBuckets, a basketball court painting business, and gained valuable experience as a Mechanical Intern at BuroHappold Engineering. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Hampshire and studied abroad at the University of Newcastle.
