Mina Nasir

Mina Nasir is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in claims management and customer service. Currently serving as Unit Claims Manager for West Claims Coaching and Quality Assurance at Intact since October 2025, Mina previously held the position of Branch Manager at BrokerLink from November 2022 to October 2025. Mina's career at Intact began in June 2015, leading to various roles including Unit Claims Manager in the Customer Service Centre and Claims Operations, as well as Unit Manager for Accounts Receivable. Prior to Intact, Mina worked at Shaw Direct for eight years, progressing from Customer Service Representative to Supervisor in Customer Care. Mina holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT).
