Nikki Smith, CHRL, is a strategic HR leader with extensive experience in the technology and aerospace sectors. Nikki served as a Senior HR Business Partner at Bombardier Aerospace from 2009 to 2013 and has held various HR leadership roles at companies such as Magna International and Automodular Corporation. Currently, Nikki is the Director of HR - Technology at Intact and has also worked at TELUS as a Manager of Technology Strategy.
