Paula Tello possesses extensive experience in HR systems and analytics, currently serving as a Consultant for HR Systems & Analytics at Intact since October 2025. Prior to this, Paula worked at BrokerLink from June 2016 to October 2025, holding roles including Senior Consultant focused on UKG Pro Core and responsibilities encompassing reporting, payroll, analytics, onboarding, and mergers and acquisitions. Earlier positions at BrokerLink included Senior HRMS Analyst, HRMS Analyst, and Payroll Benefits Specialist, with a strong emphasis on HRIS management, people analytics, project management, and payroll processing. Paula began her career at BlueCat as a Payroll and Benefits Coordinator and previously as a Receptionist/HR Coordinator. Educational qualifications include a Human Resource Management degree from Seneca College and an International Business degree from Seneca Polytechnic.
