Ralph Virdo is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the insurance and technology sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Architecture & Transformation at Intact since August 1997, Ralph has held various leadership roles including Vice President of Software Engineering and Director of Software Development. Ralph specializes in implementing Lean principles to transform processes, technology, and culture, utilizing methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and DevOps. Prior to his tenure at Intact, Ralph worked at ING from 2001 to 2009 as a Systems Analyst, focusing on Java and PL/SQL programming for Commercial Insurance systems, and at Zurich Insurance from 1997 to 2001 as a Programmer.
