Ray Sheppard, CIP, has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving in the Special Investigations Unit (SIU) at Intact since May 2021. Prior to this role, Ray held the position of SIU Specialist at RSA Canada from September 2007 and worked as a Claims Adjuster at TD Insurance from December 2002 to September 2007, as well as at Allstate from March 2001 to November 2002. Ray's academic background includes a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Sheridan College, completed between 1990 and 1993.
