René LeBreton

René LeBreton served as an Estimateur en dommages aux bâtiments pertes majeurs and quality controller at Intact from 2010 to 2025, where they managed significant damage assessments for residential, commercial, and agricultural properties, participating in notable disasters such as the Lac Mégantic train derailment and the Ottawa/Gatineau tornadoes. Prior to their role at Intact, René held various positions including volunteer firefighter and first responder with Pompiers de St-Sauveur, and they began their career in the woodworking industry as an architectural estimator at Ébénisterie Norclair inc. René earned a diploma in wood production management from the Collège communautaire du Nouveau-Brunswick, where they also completed a CAP in sales.
