Rob Flynn

Rob Flynn is currently the Chief Transformation Director at Intact Insurance UK and Chairman of Polaris UK, where leadership focuses on integrating RSA and NIG to establish a unified Commercial Lines business, achieving synergy targets in cost, digital capability, and market growth. As Chairperson of Polaris UK Limited, Rob drives the adoption of digital trading solutions and standards for the UK insurance industry. Prior to these roles, Rob held various managing director positions at RSA, achieving significant growth in SME propositions, household insurance, and direct-to-consumer brand initiatives. Career experience includes advisory roles at KPMG, Nationwide Building Society, and Barclays, complemented by a BA in American Studies from the University of Sussex.
